Home visit safety

All patients are ID verified before a home visit is confirmed.
Practitioners see the patient's verified name, phone, and ID type before accepting.
Payment is held by MedPlus and only released once the visit is completed.

Virtual consultations

Your meeting link is sent at least 1 hour before your session.
Payment is held until the consultation is complete.
Cancel up to 2 hours before for a full refund.

Verified practitioners & facilities

Every practitioner is verified against their MDCN registration before going live.
Facilities are reviewed for licensing (HEFAMAA / CAC) before listing.
Look for the green ✓ Verified badge on every profile and facility card.
